I wanna thank all you for ridin' with me...these couple of months have been crazy. Special thanks to the doorman at Hole In The Wall...He let me and my girl's underage asses in the bar to embarrass ourselves during Karaoke night.



In 2008, I'm going to explore more of Atlanta's nooks&crannies, because that spot was alright.

This is my hundredth post, which is crazy to me...but whatever.

I'm about to head out and start the drinking (lol @ it being like 1:30p...what an alkie), hit on some innocent pedestrians...and get ready for this party that's supposed to be poppin' or whatever.

My man JSmooth over at IllDoctrine has been doing these genius vlogs for a minute now, but I felt the need to create a post for this particular log. On this website/blog/nonsense that I created last month (that I still haven't found out the meaningfulness of...), I try to put up stuff that I feel needs to be put...while at the same time, get some stuff off of my chest (see below post, lol). I'm secret fan of blogs so that was one of the reasons that I created this one...all this spare time (well, not that much spare time)I have, I decided to create a blog that I would want to see. First, he's from NO, then 305, he jumps on T-Pain's shit for a minute, then it's Hello Brooklyn, and now he's from an island; his attempt at patois is mad offensive...but the boy has been hot garbage ever since Gillie stopped writing for him. He had me fooled with the first Carter...even with the first Dedication, but they way he got people brainwashed is sickening. My lil' brother is a prime example...but I'm not gonna put him on blast. Just know that Lil' Wayne is no way, or has ever been, the greatest rapper alive.

Estelle-Wait A Minute (Just A Touch)

It's been a while since I've been anticipating a female emcee's album...but Estelle aka Audrey Hep-pper is mad talented, plus on her sophmore she's gonna be backed by producers like Swizzy, Kanye, Cee-Lo, Will.I.Am, Wyclef, Marc Ronson, and John Legend. Last I heard, she was on tour with Amy Winehouse and tearin' the house down (no pun intended). Her LP "Shine" should be dropping around Feburary which will include American Boy featuring Mr. Kanye West. Ms. Swaray gets a definite co-sign from me...now if I could just get a listen of that Dasafo disc.

Post Christmas Post

Another Christmas, come and gone. I can't complain about yesterday,
I wish I could have spent a little more time with my family...but
other than that, it was good. It's crazy, in my mind, that I say this
cuz I got no presents (what's up with that, lol). Well, I got some
slippers (brown polyester slippers...so wack) from my mom, but other
than that no presents for me. I'm waitin' for one present to get back
to me from Miami (you hear that Becks, lol), but that's another story.

I changed my mind, my Christmas wasn't good...it was POPPIN'. I wish
I had a camera to share photos (I will have one for New Year's though,
don't worry), I spent the majority of the day with my closest of
friends aka the goonies, consumed untolerable amounts of alcohol
and rampaged throughout the city...that might sound bad, but it
was cool.

Well, I hope you all had the greatest holiday of all-time...

Thriller 25th Anniversary

I don't know if you know or not, but Michael Jackson is re-releasing
his Thriller album in Feburary for it's 25th anniversary. Along with Thriller's original tracks five new 2008 remixes put together by Akon, Fergie, Will.I.Am, and Kanye. I'm happy they didn't remix
Thriller. There is also a unreleased Jackson track entitled 'For All
Time', that was recorded during the Thriller era.

I mean it kinda just donned on me. I was talkin' to my mom today, and she was talking about moving to Florida. She was saying that one reason for her decision was the crime rate. At first I didn't know what she was talking about, but then I really thought about it. I know that Atlanta is on the Most Dangerous Cities List, but we're used to that. Plus she stays in the suburbs of Clayton County, at one point of time I viewed this as the safest area in America. But I'm older and wiser. If anything, I'd hate to say it...but these rich suburbia children are equipped with heavier artillery than them broke hood cats. I thought back to my high school days, and remembered cats with Tech-9's in the lockers, cuz at MMHS there weren't any metal detectors until tragedy struck. Then today, I see on the news that $8 million dollars worth of cocaine was seized in Clayco. I could see if this was the first time, but it seems like it's gonna be a recurring thing. I kinda want my mom to move away, before things get worse. I love my moms...

When I first heard the idea of the Hamburger song, I thought Lupe was going off of the deep end, but this lyrical exercise really shows off his emcee skills. Enjoy and support The Cool.

Awhile back...I posted this nonsense, and left a few in the dark.
Let me explain...I had a conversation with a few friends about
relations. At a point in time, it was asked what my dream girl was.
I tried to explain that my dream girl wasn't defined by any type
of physical attributes, but instead where her mind state. I guess
the girls' apartments I were at felt my answer wasn't heartfelt.
Even one of my close friends looked at me weird. He then asked me
in his weird voice,"So, you could see yourself wit a white girl"...
Now with liquor in me, and being in a position where I was telling
nothing but the truth, I replied, "No."
Now, I could have lied, to cover up the foolish, presumed notion
that I am racist, but I felt no need to. Me saying that I couldn't
see myself with a white girl is how I feel right now. If you would
have asked me 2yrs ago if I would have taken a break from school, I
would have said that there is no way...things change...i doubt my
feelings towards the white girl will though..lol..
But seriously, I have no hatred towards anyone...well, I do hate
ignorance. And when I point out ignorance, such as racism, in
the real world...I don't place the blame on an entire race, but
instead the individual. That might be where the mistake is made.
I love everybody...I'd like to think I love to much. Some of my
friends who may not look at me as their best friends, look at me
as the best friend (think about it). Sometimes my kindness is taken
as weakness...but I don't sweat it
But let me get back on this race shit. It may not look like it in my
complexion...but some of my close relatives are white(I'm talkin
1st cousins)..and for those relatives I'd take a bullet. So for
clowns that don't understand ....Fuck Off...and that's the truth Ruth
